The effect is rather confusing, I don't quite follow.

Parallel universe is both better and cheaper within the same element. Again, great art but I'd rethink the card.

I think the player must kill the creature. Firebolt or oty or whatever. Effect takes place based on that.
Better wording might be "If target creature dies summon an exact copy of that creature.
If target creature does not die in 1 turn summons a copy on your opponents field."

Basically just drop the inflict part. It's confussing

Yeah that was what i meant with that. when u inflict this' on a creature, you basically have to wait or do something to it on a side, so it dies. when it dies it comes back on your side and then the turn after that a clone of it appears.
lol i honestly didnt know what to put on the first part, so i just typed that instead  though i knew people were gonna get confused with that part, but yes, that needs to be changed, badly.

yeah but instead of getting 1 copy with parallel universe, you get an extra copy of it with UE, so in total thats 2 copies, thats the basic idea and for basically the similar/same cost.

no no, u get the next copy, u get 2 copies. lol thats the point of this card 
wow i guess the inflict part is extremely confusing..
