I guess so, but this is limited to Permanents and adds some way to break Invisibility without a mass spell like Firestorm.

Though invisibility is only available from one card right now... cloak, which is 1 card out of I don't know how many in game.Basically, I think your point about invisibility is moot.

Cloak isn't even that used in the metagame. Besides, to remove cloak ( 3 worth), you must pay an initial investment of 1 darkness quanta as well as 1 and 1 permanent to dispel it. So far, there aren't any "bad" permanents, and it's highly unlikely you can clog up your opponent's permanent slots. Permanent slots aren't even that used.

Since there the possibility to PermaClog quick enough is non-existant, perhaps I was seeing something else.  Like certain shield a weapon slots.

Since immaterial shields can't be targeted, the only way to get rid of them is by playing a shield on top of them.  Deliver would forcibly play the target permanent on your opponent's side, thus giving a way around Hope and Jade Shields, not counting PA'd Shields.  The same goes for weapons.

And I don't think people would pack daggers and shields into their deck just so "I can use this card to destroy my opponent's immaterial equipment!"

Not exactly, but I see you point.  Any ideas on how to add upon it so it isn't as situational?

Make it drain health. Sort of like nightmare. It's a "trojan horse" gift essentially. This could also be paired up with steal, like you could force your opponent to take your vampire stilleto, then immediately steal it back and destroy their weapon in the process.

Updated with Drain addition.  Drain only works if you give a permanent.
