Freaking expensive, but OP if it's too cheap because of creatureless decks.

right for the monsters part xD too much Yu-Gi-Oh! i guess. gonna change it.
the high costs should prevent from spamming it, which would be pretty much OP. i mean against a stall... that would suck

nope, since then it would be hard to counter. i want it to be destroyable in the stasis turn.

It's a permanent for balancing. If it gets deflaged,it get's effect destroyed. So,just for balance in my opinion.

So, this permanent is going to be destroyed after its effect expires or if PC earlier (like Sundial). I think I get it now, however you may need to include this info into the card's description (by info, I mean the fact the permanent is destroyed after the 2 turns have passed).

Question, does the two turns count the one in stasis?
Also, if destroyed do your creatures stay swapped?
