Yes, but this card would be WAY too OP. Sacrifice two malignant cells to get an ivory dragon out. Sacrifice two deja vus to get a silurian dragon out. Etc.

It'd be easier to do that than make a malignant cell, and wait for it to duplicate so you can sacrifice them both. It's basically 10 for dragon in one turn vs. 8 for aflatoxin and 5 for tribute in two turns
Imagine if someone had boneyard or something like that thenyour monsters die and they get to get a dragon outcouldn't you make itsacrafice two or more monsters to bring out one creature of equal or lower cost
oh god the skeletons, but even then itd only be useful towards dragons or off element card (ie playing a ruby dragon in a pure death deck)
