You're only issue here is that you have asymptotically incorrect scaling, which a Flying Titan breaks past the point that the constant factor becomes insufficient

Yes I had a similar idea to this, but I attempted to fix the problem another way.

The upped would still allow for a 5 card titan 200HP OTK which is a terrible problem. The unupped is not that OP but perhaps would be underused. A massive dragon plus this would give a 15|8 creature that's poisoned, compared to a PU that would give a 2 8|30 creatures (Obviously better).

Going fully unupped, you can make a 100hp otk. Going upped and using the same combo, you can make a 200hp otk. Does that make the upped OP considering it's nearly half the cost?
