A bit strange in my opinion, interesting though. A new mechanic is always welcome. Maybe you could add this ability on other cards too. For example creatures who grants you armor protection and so on?

I could see this playing a very similar role to SoSac in many FG/Plat decks, but with a very different mechanic so I like it a lot. Seems very strong for a non-rare card though. Following.

 ToH is a permanent and as we know there are various ways of being destroyed or stolen.

I like the card, but my gut tells me this should be a shield instead of a regular permanent. It would certainly help balance it a bit.

What would you think of making it a shield that only lasts 2 turns and have the :light ability allow it to extend the effect from just physical sources to all sources?

 I understand the effect it seems a shield and in a way it  is a shield, when I thought in this idea I was in doubt, it would make a spell as Sosac, or a permanent
 I opted for the permanent I think it looks better as a permanent than as a  shield because shield can be overcome by skills and I do not want it.

Thats what I was talking about. You would let it have an activated ability that costs :light which extends the effect to everything.
So if the player uses mono-time, it only affects physical damage
if the player pays :light it acts exactly as it does right now.

In effect it buffs the card (gives physical protection as long as the card is in play without needing :light ), but at the expense of requiring your shield slot.

I don't think it needs to be a shield. Shields cannot decrease the max damage you can take, and even if it were a shield, you could still again them. I don't understand why this is a :Time card though, it seems it would be more fitted to :air. I'm also not too sure about the upped reducing to 10 damage a turn - remember that light also has sanc in-element. having it 15 with a cost reduction would be better, i think. I do like this card though, and if balanced would make a neat in-game card.

 The time is because it only lasts 2 turns
 Light is as spiritual protection granted limiting the damage suffered

 I actually thought so
You can not suffer or cause more than 15 damage in next 2 turns. This card is destroyed.
But then it would be very UP compared with dimensional shield or Sosac.
perhaps a change I would make would be to reverse  :light (card)  :time (activation)
