this will probably need ALOT of tweaking but this is all so far

Initial thinking is man this is unfair for Earth element!  I know there's a few cases where one directly affects some elements more than others, but I don't agree with it.

Perhaps if there was an additional trick to it or something.

this card did not have pvp/shrieker rush in mind when i made it. i was playing siesm(hehe) and thought that there needed to be a good counter to burrowed creatures. this card keeps graboids as graboids and shriekers at half power. this also counters antlions and devourers.
and who made you card curator??

I did not think of Devourers that is a good point.

My post was to imply this is a good idea as part of a broader card. (Ie I would prefer it buffed.)

Now that I have had time to brainstorm:
Why not Psionic Pulse? This would keep the Lobotomy|Psionic Wave part and leave it open for more effects. Maybe it stuns/damages the burrowed creatures?

I think this would be useful if combined with another card that burrowed say half of the creatures on the field randomly.  Then you could shoot off the spell.

interesting card, so it basically makes burrowed creatures immortal w/o being immortal, nice, but devour is still a passive skill that survives lobotomize

It removes immortality from burrowed creatures, while still leaving them at half strength.
