Is this a joke? This paired with vamps... Upped rage potion costs the same, but you lose 5 health. OP my friend.

Giving +5|+5 is definitely a HUGE bump. Particularly for the cost (consider blessing +3|+3 for same cost, RP does +5|-5 for same cost). If you want to keep the 5|5 you would want a MUCH higher cost.

One idea would be to have it  cause damage to creature's owner (say 15 or 20 damage). That would seem to fit your theme (transmigration means roughly the same thing as transfer). This would balance its use on vampires a bit, like making an initial investment in hopes of a long term pay off. This would also give it utility as an offensive card.

-Ex: Cost 6 :darkness creature gains +4|+4. Deals 20 damage to creatures owner if their mark is not :darkness or 15 damage if it is. Creature's element is now :darkness . If it was already :darkness it gains an additional +1|+1
Oooooooverpowered. Yes, I see where you're trying to go, but since lycanthropy is exclusive to Lycanthrope|Werewolf, it's not that powerful. Having this card expands this buff to all creatures. Compare it to Blessing and SoP (Well that's Underpowered). Also, you get Nightfall|Eclipse bonuses and Chimera OTK decks could be easily made with this.
Actually, it wouldn't. It took me some work to do this  (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,36610.msg490920#msg490920)and couldn't do it just with this cards. But it's OP anyways  :P

I think I'd recommend removing the delay and dropping the bonus down to 1/1 or 2/2.  You could still get the eclipse benefit.  Also note the unlikely synergy with holy flash :p

In its current version, though, this card is too strong.  It's cheap, and +5/5 is a lot.  Beyond that, you can even use it as creature control, kind of like a 1 turn basilisk blood (in an emergency) or combo it with holy flash, though admittedly those two uses won't be very popular.  The point is, though, that the card is both versatile and powerful, probably too much so.  Another thing you could do is play several of these on the same creature in one turn, and the creature would only be delayed one turn.  (the way that delay currently works right now means this card would behave that way)  You could get around that by making it target only non-darkness creatures, as others have mentioned.
Instant +5|+5 for a delay of one turn and 3|2  :darkness? Everyone would take that deal. Especially when combined with a nightfall. Ball lightning+this+eclipse=extremely cheap 12|5 creatures. Dragon level strength.
Definitely OP.  As Chapuz said, this is basically a better version of Rage Potion.  Also another combo with Nightfall makes this even stronger.
Absolutely OP. Imagine some vamps with this. 5|5 is A LOT, think that RP makes 5|-5 to compense.

I think he gets it :P.
