What if Salvage works as a single use ability that makes permanents go back to the deck/hand if they are used while '' Salvager is on the field? Wouldn't that change the concept?
That's why I propose holding off until we actually see how the idea is implemented. Otherwise, it will just lead to potentially more ideas regarding adding new systems to the game. E.g. a Discard Pile/Graveyard, Removed From Play, Side Decks, etc. Personally, I'd like to see ideas that can be implemented into the current game before changes.
