Can you clarify a little on what the effect is supposed to be?
An example or two would be helpful.
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?

it provides DR counters to = to the # of pillars owned.

that number becomes static as long as Brillume is play. each Brillume adds it own DR counters.

Come to think of it, that is too specific of a use.

I will think some more on this.

Why not change it to:
"Absorbs all :light producing allies into itself.
Maintains light generator number and :light output."

I.e. its a light generator only version of chimera that also preservers the total :light output and also counts as 1 :light generator per creature absorbed.

This is actually very useful in fractal luciferin based decks in general since you could roll your vanilla creatures into one big creature. Its much easier to protect 1 large creature than a myriad of tiny ones.
