I'm not sure i got the mechanic of this card. Are you sure you mean "Target permanent"? You said that a creature is buried, so shouldn't a creature be targeted?
Of course a deflag usually is worth the trade to get your own creature back in game but my concern with this card is that not every deck has that option and in that case you can take out any creature you want. I'm sorry i can't recommend any changes but that might be the reason this card won't make it.
Anyway, Eclipse makes thematically and mechanically no sense. The purpose of this card is to delay enemy creatures, so the upped version shouldn't cost more. Increasing the punishment of destroying the sarcophagus doesn't seem right for upgrading this card. I'd recommend to leave out the Eclipse and reduce the cost of the upped version.
