Part of my PC for everyone series.

When activated the tornado touches down on a random tile on opponents side of the field (both creature and permanent areas included) any card(s) on that tile are destroyed.  Gives a small chance at PC or CC.

That is EXTREMELY UP from a PC perspective. (Explosion=3)

From a CC perspective, it is still a little UP. (Lightning=2, the 5HP killer)

Even so, I don't think combining CC and PC into one card is the right way of going about what you wanted to do.

Yup.  1 of 42 possible tiles.  If opp had 4 creatures, 3 same pillars, 3 same pends, and a shield, activating touchdown would have a 1 in 6 chance of destroying something.

I just worry about the strength if it hits a stack.  Maybe have it destroy three cards on the space?

I'm comfortable changing it to ONE card on random tile is destroyed if the current version is too strong.  Probably only going to be 1 or 2 stacks on the playfield with 4 or more cards though, so not a huge deal IMHO either way.
