This still needs art, but the card would be:
Time Warp: 15 :time
Take an extra turn after this one. All of your creatures are in a time bubble for that turn . All your remaining time quanta is consumed.
Time Wave: 12 :time
Take an extra turn after this one. All of your creatures are in a time bubble for that turn. All your remaining time quanta is consumed.
Maybe the upgraded version would cost more, but allow you to take two extra turns?
I'll see if I can get art for these.
Thoughts?

Edit: changed from "You lose the game after that turn."

As far as I remember there was a card with exactly the same effect in Magic the Gathering.

I just think that it does not fit with the theme of :time. Ok, taking extra turns does fit, but not in a kamikaze way. Time is not at all a kamikaze element, and I'd say that the negative side effect should be something totally different.

Maybe make a card that allows you to take an extra turn, but skip the next turn? Or gives an extra turn only to a chosen permanent? Or after the extra turn, all your creatures are stuck in a time bubble for 2 turns?

Maybe instead of losing the game, any permanent (besides pillars) you use in the turn would be trapped in the time bubble as Xinef said, Just don't see it very useful in a time deck (who mostly uses stalls) to get the benefit of the extra turn (Pharaoh decks withstanding)

And yes there is a card that does exactly that, don't remember what its called though, Its around here somewhere.

Yeah, I was kind of getting the idea from Magic. Now that I think about it though, you're right, Time doesn't have the suicidal element that Red did. Should I make it "all of your creatures are stuck in a time bubble for that turn", or something else?

Yes, I guess that would work. I think it would still need extensive testing, because an additional turn is extremely powerful in any CCG, but I guess with a properly chosen cost and maybe extending the time bubble to 2 or 3 turns it's easier to balance it this way.
We have to keep in mind that this card can be chained, or played in conjunction with sundials and similar stalling cards, so balancing needs to take that into account so that 'having two turns, playing a sundial so that opponent can do nothing, having two turns, sundial...' is not possible.

Okay, I changed the "you lose the game after that turn" clause. Is taking two extra turns completely out of the question for power issues?

I'd say it is completely out of the question.
Not only having 3 turns in a row you could easily gather enough quanta to cast even a more expensive version once again, but also a single turn is enough to gain a huge advantage and by itself is considered close to overpowered even if the price for doing so is high (eg. in MtG that card with a similar effect is probably considered very powerful by itself, and if it was to give you 2 additional turns, it would be totally overpowered).

As for the price and the duration of time bubbles, I guess it simply needs some testing.
