When the skill is triggered, nothing happens xd But next turn(even if the Time Traveller that triggered the ability is dead) another Time Traveller(upped or unupped) regarding the one that generated them. I think SoR should make it trigger twice, as if playing it on a pharaoh. Because you can't abuse chaos seed or blessing, basically a 2 cost turn based mitosis. I think SoR doesn't OP this ability in any way.

i think that its skill is similar to deja vu do it shouldnt be triggered twice by sor just like  deja vu

It's not similar to Deja vu. It's more like mitosis, because it's not an exact copy, just a copy of the orginal. If you give a  creature mitosis and use SoR on it, you can use the ability twice that turn. 3 times if it's been out more than one turn and you SoR it again.

So basically, the amount of creatures with the Time Travel skill will be equal to the amount of Time Travelers + SoRs you played.

Also, spell check likes 'traveler' more.

Is this a 1 time use skill or is it reusable?

If it is reusable, SoR would still allow the skill to be used 2 times in a row. I actually don't think its too important to impose the limit even if it is resusable since this skill is basically just mitosis with a delay, I don't think SoR abuse will be a major issue.

P.S. I love the Dr. Who reference, but I think it may cause copyright issues since even if the artist made the artwork public domain itself, the time traveling police box is pretty iconic and is probably copyrighted in and of itself.

It's a 1 time skill. However, the new time traveler has the ability again, due to it being based off of the base creature.

It's like a delayed mitosis.

SoR works the same as it does on dejavu. Produces 2 time travelers.

But, it would be a good idea to have an alternative ready for when you submit to crucible.
