I'm considering making this weapon cost 6  :time each.

The ability triggers if the weapon attempts to attack. If the enemy has no shield, it triggers. If the enemy has a Phase Shield, it triggers. If the enemy froze the weapon, it doesn't trigger.

I'm working on getting some better art.

eh i dont know about the sheild thing it seems like it would ruin everything for most people

Rushes don't tend to use shields. Yes, RoL/Hope and mono-Aether would have trouble with this, but it wouldn't have as much of an effect as I think you think.  :P Also, if you look at the formula of weapon costs, I did put value on shields. Weapon cost is damage+ability's worth-3. 5 damage+X-3=5. 5+X=8. X=3. The shield shutdown is worth 3 to me. Just sayin'.

Well, your card's a good idea! Freezing weapons is cool, so I decided to do a shield version for the other soft-CC element: Time.

Gonna work on getting the normal stuff going now, since I'm on a PC.  :))

I don't put much stock in quantum-cost formulae.  I just make it cost what I'd pay for it, and also what I'd want my opponent to have to pay for it, balanced out.

This card seems balanced considering the first turn of the shield's delay doesn't actually effect you in any way.

Which makes for some nice additional use when flown. Added strategy FTW.  :))

Well, I think it should be unrelated. Otherwise, this is useless against Phase Shield and of less use against Wings, Dusk, and Fog. However, if the weapon gets frozen, it won't work. I'll fix the description.

If it was 7 and 7, it would cost too much. However, it probably could use a cost boost. Maybe have it 6 :time for both.

EDIT: Just to clarify, I think of it as momentum, but for just the ability. The damage isn't dealt if the weapon is frozen, but it works if a shield's up.
