Ok i modified the card so now its a lot different then before.

Oh and by the way can someone tell me what the hell is this

In card design, represents a single-element cost of which the element has yet to be determined.  Let's say I have an idea that I have yet to put into an element, to balance costs, I would use to signify quanta usage.

it is much better like that, however;
i wonder how it would interact with sundial , and cards like dim shield

imagine you play time bubble, it consumes all your quanta
your opponent skips his turn, then you play sundial, will your opponent be unable to attack during his two turns?
it would be a nasty combo
will a dim shield counter be removed while your opponent plays his two turns?

usually those are removed at the end of your turn,meaning that if you skip your turn they will last one more turn than they should

I like the card quite well as it is now. I suggest changing the card's cost to 12|10, just because it seems to merit a high inherent cost, so as to make an effort to prevent strings of bubbles. I think you could add that when this card is played, all other copies in your hand are destroyed as well, so as to guard further against strings of this card occuring. Good idea.
