I'm not sure you understood the card. What the ability does is unburrow it and set a timer, such that 2 turns after it is unburrowed, it explodes.

I think you need three turns; you can't use Activate (like other abilities) on the turn you play the card.

I like the idea, but I feel like it is OP the way it is now.  A few suggestions would be to either up the "timer," up the cost, or change it to an earth card (since burrow fits under earth and earth and time have good synergy) with time activation.

Both have the primary purpose of dealing a burst of 20 damage to the opponent.

UG: 1card + 6 :air + 1 turn + 1 :fire + duo = 10
TB: 1 card + X :time + 1 :time + 3 turns = X+5
UG = TB + Inferior Thunderstorm (note: actual thunderstorm card is UP)
Lets call the inferior thunderstorm worth 1
UG - Inferior Thunderstorm = TB
10 - 1 = X + 5
9 = X + 5
4 = X

However, you would love having it deal damage to creatures as well. You wanted to suggest a card that would act primarily as a burst of damage and secondarily as mass damaging creature control. I submit that Unstable Gas mechanically answers that suggestion perfectly.

How about just forget the mass CC part to make it more different from UG? Also, 3 turns is much more prone to PC, and it is much more difficult to perform OTK as UG.

How about just forget the mass CC part to make it more different from UG? Also, 3 turns is much more prone to PC, and it is much more difficult to perform OTK as UG.
3 turns is a -3 cost reduction. 1 turn is a -1 cost reduction.
The calculation was already excluding the mass CC.
