Doesn't look that useful by itself unless you pair it with poison or something. Maybe cost decrease then?

This card is supposed to go hand in hand with the status of the creatures like:
Overdrive
Poison
Time Bubble
etc.

There will be no extra attacks. That changes the card completely.
