NOTES:
I was looking over life and it really doesn't have any CC and while life is mostly used for rush decks this card could combine with other decks nicely to provide some incentive not to attack your more important creatures.

Reflect meaning that when the creature is attacked the creature that attacked them takes 2 damage similar to fire shield but for creatures.

Actually, they sometimes do. Chimera, for example, has gravity pull, so other creatures are forced to attack it. Come to think of it, Chimera with this card would be quite the deadly combo.

Way too expensive since it requires at least a 2 card combo (usually 3) to set up.

Best use would be with armagio or chimera, maybe voodoo doll. Would be nearly useless with most other creatures.

If the creature is damaged with a spell or weapon does it damage the opponent?

What about instant kill effects, such as Maxwell or oty?

Spells and most skills shouldn't apply since for thorns or spikes to hurt you you have to touch them but I think devour should be an exception since its concept is the target is being eaten which involves contact. So as for devour I think the creature buffed with thorns should still die just damage what ever is eating it for 2 damage. As far as Maxwell goes I have no idea whether that involves contact or not but I'm assuming it doesn't so it shouldn't trigger the damage from thorns.

Since creatures only attack other creatures when Gravity Pull is in effect, this card has a very limited scope - even narrower than Ghost of the Past, I'm afraid.

Good idea, wrong game - it would fit a LOT better in MtG.
