Basically, these cards would be a permanent. Whenever "x" happens, "y" happens. More powerful ones could have a single use effect.

For instance:

When your opponent plays a creature, you draw one card. Negate this effect if you hold seven cards.

When your opponent activates an ability, you gain two health.

When a creature dies, poison one of your opponent's creatures.

When your health is below 20, all of your creatures gain +2/+2.

The list could go on and on, but I think yall get it by now :-p It would open up an entirely new area of tactical play.

The problem is that many of these effects would be triggered during your opponents turn. Elements has no support for this type of loose gameplay where certain cards of yours activate during your opponent's turn.

Other than that, I like the concept.

Camel, refer to my first sentence in the post. And some of these cards would probably be element specific (the quantum cost) while others would cost general quanta.

And ya, Puppy, it has no support for it at the moment... but that doesn't rule out support for it in the future (unless Zanz says so anyway).

I thought trigger cards are possible within elements? See Condor for example, he gains 1/1 if a creature dies; and bonewalls and graveyards too.
