I tested this in Beta just now; apparently delay doesn't remain in the weapon slot if there's no weapon. The flown weapon also won't have the delay it did when in the weapon slot. That's a bit of a problem... I guess a fix would be to not delay the weapon, but to use a new variable, namely "Cooldown" that works for only Tempests?
Mm, I'm not sure I understand your last paragraph. When the delay of the last Tempest wears off, why would you play another one? Just keep using the one you have in play

Like I responded to furballdn, delay doesn't seem to be a check against FW/AW anymore. I might need make a new variable that shows the cooldown for only Tempests on your side of the field.

I'm also against Tempest having to require a duo by having an activation cost or passive upkeep, but more than that I'm not sure how to have Tempest use both
