what if it only gave the quantums if the creature had no ability, or only if it had an ability? Because this would take rainbow decks to become even more powerful especially if combined with any of the previous generating quantums creatures.

besides isn't telepathy picking this up with your mind? or was it just reading there mind?

This would be an interesting buff to avoid the brimstone eater/RoL/damselfly/gem finder double-dip concern (if indeed that were a problem--not decided on that one yet.) 

Creatures can be divided into 3 categories as below.  I've bolded the growth creatures and creature spammers.  The creatures in the left column could arguably benefit the most from this card.  The middle column would require certain combinations to maximize the efficiency of the card.  The right column would not benefit at all from the card.  If we restricted Telepathy to the creatures in the third column (those without active abilities) then with regard to quanta generation it would favor over the other elements, in particular.  I think both rainbow and mono-/duo-/tri- decks would see benefit from Telepathy if it was applicable to every card.

Telepathy has come to mean reading another's thoughts, but literally it means "experience from a distance" which I think is captured in this card.

I hadn't considered that yet.  The obvious choices are 1) "other" cards generate no quanta, 2) "other" cards generate random quanta, or 3) "other" cards generate 3 random quanta (like quantum pillars.) 

I favor the options in the order listed but am willing to consider other suggestions.

I agree, but I think it should generate 1 random quanta. Thats a good thing. I at first liked the no cards with an ability get the boost of quanta, but then I decided that that would be TOO weak. Taking this card from possibly OP to definitly UP. And I doubt it would be possible to make it so that cards that spawn quanta like RoL could be excluded.

hm, maybe make an higher upkeep, like 3 , and make it except aether-creatures.

that way its not THAT strong with a fractal-combo (but still usefull) and you are not able to pay for more then 1-2 in the early game.

Heres the flaw with saying that fractal WONT work with this card. All you have to do is play Fractal BEFORE playing this card. That way you Dont have the upkeep of this card after immediately after playing this card. Just wait a turn and THEN use this card. You get Fractal + This Card
