In an Entropy mark Rainbow, which runs 6 Supernovas, it is possible to get enough quanta on turn 3.  The big drawback to Entropy mark is that you don't have as much  :time to run hourglasses/prevent deckout consistently with Eternity.  If you know this combo is in your deck, you can draw extra cards pretty freely until you're down to ~10 (at which point you should slow down and make sure you'll be able to play your Eternity) cards remaining.  That means even if you only pack one EE or Basilisk Blood there's a decent chance you can get this going.  If not, run a few of these cards and your problem is solved.

There's also the matter of Supernova not generating any excess  :entropy (costs 2, generates 2), where this card would net you a minimum of 4 :entropy by the time its destroyed.
Cards now updated to avoid concerns of quanta generation abuse (basilisk blood + snipe) by giving single "lump sum" payback upon death.  Also, Starlit Mistress hp increased to 4 to avoid death from baseline spell damage (exception lightning but hp >5 defeats the purpose.)

Hmmm....Is it possible to enable "payback" for damage done by opponent instead of by self?  Like only getting quanta bonus if creature dies sometime after you hit space bar and before you draw your next card?

Quote from: Boingo
I'm trying to design a card that rewards a player if the opponent kills his creature but I want to prevent a player from killing the creature himself to get the reward.
Currently there is no mechanic that can dictate who killed a creature because relative effects do not belong to anyone. If both I and my opponent poisoned said creature, and it died of poisoning, who would claim the kill?

I suggest if you wish to limit death to only your opponent that you use an alternative method such as: "Your actions may not Target said Creature"

This as a Passive skill would prevent almost anything you could do to kill said creature but your opponent can do what they need to under risk assessment. The downside to this ability is that you will be prevented from buffing said creature.

I'll come back later and read this Idea in Detail. Maybe ther is another route you can head that will give you what you need. I'm Just Busy working at this time.

As if incinerate wasn't enough, some people appear to want a pillarless rainbow deck.
If rainbow is OP, then a pillarless rainbow is doubly so.

On the other hand, if sacrifice is excluded, i like this idea.

A weird debuff passive ability/condition: the creature is invisible (untargetable) to its owner. (Name could be forgotten).

Ok out of work, its 9.30pm.

What I see here from the idea is:
- Mediocre Creature
- Ability is to Discourage opponent removing it
- Type is Entropy
- Game advantage either from damage or Quanta

Things you have to do:
- Fix the Creatures Stats for the role it is performing. I suggest 4|1 and 6|1 respectively. This gives them the capability to clear shields and the elite version outrun the SoG.

- Decide how you want to prevent the player performing Masochism. Either the Untargetable by self or make the Payback work for the opponet of the turn it currently is. I suggest making it Untargetable by his Controller.

- Give a simple value to the Payback skill. Currently you have it give all elements but entropy which is wierd to code and doesn't make sense logically.

NAME:  Starlit Minx | Starlit Mistress
ELEMENT:  Entropy
COST:  5
TYPE:  Creature
ATK|HP:  4|1 | 6|1
ABILITY:  (Passive) Forgotten: Cannot be Targeted by your actions.
(Active) Payback: Upon death, generates 4 quanta in each element.

Thanks for the feedback.  I had kept the attack low because I had envisioned this card as a target for Butterfly Effect.  That way the payback would be a deterrent to killing it--in essence, it'd be a poor-man's quintessence.  The opponent would then have to decide whether to suffer permanent destruction or feed you quanta.  I had kept the upped version to only reward 4 :entropy so it wouldn't become an actual source of :entropy quanta--you would only get your initial investment back.

Overall, I think it'd fit in :entropy: in addition to the obvious analogy with nova/supernova, there's the chaotic nature of a mistress (especially one that's been hurt.)  The "forgotten" ability may fit nicely since there's no controlling a mistress.  Perhaps I'll change it to "independence" or something like that.

I look around suggestions every so often and I have to say I LOVE this card.

Noticing however, the self-destroy issue, firstly, the amount generated I think should be lowered. Maybe to the equivalence of a Supernova for both Starlit Minx and Starlit Mistress, maybe 3 per element. Immolation \ Cremation poses another issue as well so might I suggest that Starlit Minx \ Starlit Mistress have an alternate form?

We all know Mummy's special ability. Keeping that in mind Starlit Minx \ Starlit Mistress could also change when targeted by Immolation \ Cremation, turning into say:

Starlit Minx + (Immolation) = Starburn Minx
Starlit Mistress + (Immolation) = Starburn Mistress

NAME : Starburn Minx \ Starburn Mistress
ELEMENT : Entropy
COST: 5 :entropy
TYPE : Creature
ATK | DEF : 4|2 \ 5|2
ABILITY: (Active) Vengence: Upon death, destroys 2 quanta of each element owned by the enemy.

UPDATE:
I have updated card to new cost (5 :entropy), new stats (4|1, 6|1) and added passive ability Forgotten to make creatures untargetable by owner (to prevent concerns over combo with Cremation/Immolation.)
