The quanta cost on the original card seems a bit high to me.  Maybe reduce it by 2/1?

The effect seems balanced to me (maybe I'd decrease the chance of getting infected to 20%), but IMO the cost is too high for a due card.^^

Maybe 5|4 or 6|5 is better.^^
