I like that it has some good mono synergy. I don't know if it's too expensive or not to make a reliable combo with SoB though.
However, there is one thing. For the most part, this takes black dragon by the scruff and kicks it out the door. For the same price-range, you get slightly less attack power and a lot more stability, plus the ability to boot (which can be used strategically).

My decision to raise the cost or lower attack will be influenced by whether I decide if this triggers GotP. I'm thinking about changing the wording to each player removes all the cards in their hand from play and then draws two.

I discussed ur other thought on forced draw and it was said "Forced draw is better than forced discard in ETG."

This is a powerful effect that could lead to some interesting strategy. However, combined with an also strong creature may be too much, i.e. OP. I'd suggest to make the discarding effect into a spell card instead (with reduced cost of course).

This card is unrelated to the deckout series, and the whole goal is for hand control. It has draw two so you don't empty your hand and then make the opponent top deck.

Unless combined with SoB after the the first effect I don't think it would be very potent.  In its current state you could create a potent loop if you draw into another and have eternity. RT one on field, play one in hand and then repeat.

I also like removing over discarding because it.

I'd love to see some discard cards in this game, but the original creature is too strong.  (6x that, 6x gotp, 6x nightmare, 6x dark tower, 6x dark pend, time mark, and you'd have ghostmare with OTK...8x13 :p )  You -might- be able to make a case for the spell version.  I still think even in that state it would be too strong, though.

Oh the spell doesn't trigger GotP due to a wording change, which introduces a new mechanic or removing and not discarding.

Why not simply "The oponent discards a random card when this enters play"? It would be pretty balanced like that.

I like the spell version, because it counters GotP. Do you think it is OP? Should your turn end instead of draining quanta? Perhaps damage players for the amount of cards in their hand?
