Nice idea, very nice combo with Maxwells and pandemonium. I assume that this reduces a creature's current  HP instead of its max HP, but the effect might be better if it did the second. Maybe make it more entropic by adding a possibility to change atk instead of HP. Art should probably be some sort of medical implement, but haven't searched for any art yet...

The second sentence is supposed to imply that the damage is dealt to the opponent... But you seem to like it without that am I correct?

That is what it seemed like when I first read it, but after a second time I thought that the damage was dealt to the creature, not a player, and that the text was just a little wordy. Might be a new way to combo  and  as you could target your own creatures (a 31 HP SoFo for instance) to deal damage. Flying discords could even be included so that this could supplement the already existing disc-hole.

Yeah, it might be a little overpowered though. Flying Titan could easily get a catapult's worth of damage out, and still be there to attack.

Not to mention you can't catapult your opponent's creatures at your opponent.

If it were me, Gravity would do just fine, expecially with SoFos. I was only offering more ideas to timetock. Indeed, that would be even broken, IMHO (infinitely use SoFo AND deal damage? It's like having a gravity pulled SoFo with the Voodoo passive, simply awesomely strong)

Hmm... aside from SoFo abuse, being able to halve an enemy creature's HPs to raise your own weapons attack seems a little OP...

What do you think about limiting the ability to the owner's creatures and having it halve attack instead of HP
Basically its a sword that sucks in the attack power of its owner's allies.

Could make a nice combo with crusaders and / or PU.
