Also, looking at this for a bit, I just noticed tetrad is a :rainbow ... This makes it somewhat susceptible to fractal abuse via nova or immolate.
E.g.
1 syncrotron.
Immolate,
Fractal tetrad.
Cast 5-7 tetrads using immolate quanta with some left over to spare.
then use chaos power
-> 5-7 chaos powered tetrads in 1 turn...

Its a big combo, but depending on chaos power's output it could do some serious damage.

Lastly, using synchotron with mitosis quint and momentum / chaos power could get ugly.
4 :ather per turn -> four 2|1 creatures per turn. Its on par with growth or blaze... until you start buffing the tetrads.

Ok, almost done... one last question:
What happens with Shard of Patience?
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?
If your zombie plan is
kill -9 `ps l | awk '{print $2" "$3" "$9}' | grep "Z" | awk '{printf("%s ",$2)}'`

Hm...
Well, Fractal is still costly, but I can still see the issue.  It was Other because I wanted to avoid any issues with Flooding...

Mitosis would lobotomize all the Tetrads first, so you'll need to wait a bit before spamming again.

What if I made it Fused?

Hm... SoPa will be a pain...

ya, fractal is annoying with :rainbow creatures... I think using "fused" would work well though. At least for the immolate combo... supernova could still be abused since it creates 2 of each quanta... but its a bit better at least.

Why would mitosis lobotomize the tetrads? Its getting cast on the synchrotron, not the tetrad.
E.g. mito a buffed synchotron, then pop a new one out each round... which subsequently spawns 4 tetrads. It takes a copule turns to get rolling, but its a continuous stream once started.
