as the name of the thread implies, it is a super pillar that gives you quantum when you opponent ends as well as when you end!!!(dramatic music)
of course, it will have to be limited to 6 like every other card (other than normal pion pillars)

I liked the idea, but I would change it a little.

I would make this a spell that enchants a target pillar to produce quantums on both turns.

Only problem i see is this might be a little strong for Quantum pillars x,x

If you make it a spell it's a lose-lose situation. If, somehow, only mono decks could use it, they would start shredding rainbow decks in PvP. If all decks could use the spell, then rainbow would become OP.

I think the best thing to do here, would be to make it a "super pillar" that costs quantum of that type.

Going on Lucifear's idea perhaps a spell that doubles quanta production for one turn rather than doubling it for a tower group. That way you wouldn't have to worry about crazy quanta production (i.e if it permanently doubled quanta production with ten quantum pillars in play you would generate random 60 quanta a turn a tad much for a perm effect but understandable for one turn.)

I like the idea of having a good way to quickly boost quanta production, would be very helpful in many situations
