NOTES:
The idea was that the sun, a source of LIGHT, would be forced around to a second sunset, just before the day, representing a turn, has ended.

Things it would affect:
Poison on creatures and players
Permanents with turn counters (Sundial, Dimensional Shield, etc.)
Freeze and Delays
Which quanta will be produced by pendulums

Things it would not affect:
Drawing
Quanta production via pillars/towers/pendulums
Abilities used during the turn Sundown/Sunset is played
Creature effects, both passive and active

I really like the  :light theme going here.  I can really see this card using play in the Light/Death decks.

Now holy flash isn't the only  :light card to combat Sosa..

Similar to my time slip / time displacement, but undoubtedly different from my card

Like the idea of sunset anyway, really suit the theme.

Yet I think this card is too expensive. I won't play 3 quanta to speed up things unless I have got everything I need (got my shield, weapon, creature and got nothing to spend quanta on)

suggestion : lower the cost or make it affect more things

Okay, what if I also had it affect poison afflicting the players?

I don't know. Maybe still underpower given the current cost

Maybe just make it " Both players cannot do anything (casting and using any abilities) in the next turn " ; But this will certainly make it overpower

Difficult to balance the card though it is quite interesting

The problem with that is that it could be abused to simply gain additional quanta, which would do well in tower-heavy decks and/or stalls.

EtG needs to mess more with time, turns and the like  :)
Giving it a second ability such as "deal 1 damage to all :darkness or :death creatures will make it more interesting, though.
PVE shouldn't be all about copying a deck code and converting time into electrum, score, and potentially rares.
If the only way to derive fun from a game is its PVP content, then non-hardcore players a.k.a. the mass are alienated from the hardcore community.

what if it generates a Nightfall|Eclipse in your hand? You know, after sunset, you get night.. For thematics only, but i don't really see that much :light :darkness duo to matter

I'm not in favor of trying to force synergy with this card, be it with quanta generation or getting Nightfall | Eclipse.  I have worded so that if it ever would be used, it'd just be versatile without being overpowered, or basically Silence + Sundial.
