NOTES:
if it's used on a weapon, does is still become a weapon or can it become a pillar too.
This is something I am considering. I was thinking about if it would be able to turn regular permanents into a weapon/shield and vice versa.

Wondering if that would be too powerful though.
SERIES:
N/A

Should it only turn weapons into weapons, shields into shields, and permanents into permanents, or should any permanent be able to turn into any permanent (potentially allowing for 5 shields out blocking nearly all damage). If it is this way, then the chances would be as follows-
Permanent-80%
Weapon-15%
Shield-5%

No, so it would be possible to have several shields and several weapons attacking at once. The weapons I dont see as a problem, however, the shields I do. I am thinking about instead making it so that a regular permanent turns into a permanent, weapon into a random weapon, and shield into a random shield. I prefer the other way, but fear balance may decide otherwise.

edit, unless weapons and shields had a weighted difference so a 95% chance to get none weapon/shield and a 5% chance to get one.  hmmm...

 :rainbow-3 permanents (5 unupped), 1 shield 4 weapons
 :light-4 permanents, 3 shields, 1 weapon
 :darkness-5 permanents, 1 shield, 1 weapon
 :water-4 permanents, 1 shield, 1 weapon
 :time-5 permanents, 1 shield, 1 weapon
 :life-4 permanents, 2 shields, 1 weapon

 :death-5 permanents, 2 shields, 1 weapon
 :air-4 permanents, 2 shields, 1 weapon
 :aether-4 permanents, 1 shield, 1 weapon

85 permanents altogether

51 permanents, (60%)
16 weapons (18.8% chance)
18 shields (21.2% chance)

I suppose it could balance out that this would also be used as a form of perm control on the opponent, which would benefit them a lot as well. However, Im wondering it it should have a 80% chance permanent, 15% chance weapon, 5% chance shield

Im going to submit this to the crucible soon (will crucible take art that is the actual card art???? hmmm....)
I need a final say on its effect on weapons and permanents.

Should it only turn weapons into weapons, shields into shields, and permanents into permanents, or should any permanent be able to turn into any permanent (potentially allowing for 5 shields out blocking nearly all damage). If it is this way, then the chances would be as follows-
Permanent-80%
Weapon-15%
Shield-5%

Shields would be game breaking if they had a high chance of being turned into.
