Very nice... "Corresponding spot" gets a little counterintuitive outside of the central field row, but I think it will work out in the end.

There have been quite a few attempts along this line, but this one certainly seems fairly straightforward and simply worded / envisioned.

You could get some pretty epic CC damage out of it using SoPa.
