work like an channeling spell.   when you cast it.   you can't do anything or it will cancel this spell.

shockwave dmg have same ability as shockwave.  destroy it if already frozen.

You mean 1 shockwave damage (as OldTrees said) or 1 shockwave twice per turn?

it will deal 2-3 time per turn.  that mean it can target old creature that already receive dmg by this card.   i'm don't sure oldtrees text have same meaning....

btw...  'Channeling' part look great than my word.   thx.   ;D
