Next in line, the Storm Behemoth! Most volatile of all behemoths, this one is :air/ :water.

NAME:
Storm Behemoth
ELEMENT:
Air
COST:
6 :air
TYPE:
Creature
ATK|HP:
4|4
TEXT:
3 :water: Add +3|+3 to each  :water or  :air creature on the field. One time use, Permanently.
NAME:
Storm Overlord
ELEMENT:
Water
COST:
6 :water
TYPE:
Creature
ATK|HP:
5|5
TEXT:
3 :air: Add +4|+4 to each  :water or  :air creature on the field. once, Permanently.
ART:
artimies7
IDEA:
Artimies7
NOTES:
Ok, this one is sorta weird, seeing as how, when upgraded, the ability effect gets more powerful, not the ability cost goes down.

Changed the ability. (thanks ZBlader!) It was OP before. I'll change the card soon.

For the Curator: The unupgraded card goes in the Air section, and the upgraded goes in Water. It switches elements, see?

Good? Yes? No?

This one will really promote  :water/ :air swarm decks, like with Firefly and Blue Crawler. Get your Firefly Queens ready, pplz!

I might. Probably just for the upped one, though, to make it stronger. I did reduce upped cost. Just to make it stronger.

But does that make the ability unbalanced? /wondering...

The upped one gets way too big of an upgrade. Price decrease, stat increase, AND ability bonus? Just give it one or two, not all three.

After looking at this again, I feel like this card's mechanics would work much better as a permanent or a spell..

You apparently didn't read my earlier post about not being able to get icons.

http://helltgivre.free.fr/elements/card_beta/
^Use this version of the card maker to get icons on the card.

Also, use this version of the Card Creator (http://helltgivre.free.fr/elements/card_beta/) to put element icons in.

You'll probably also be interested in seeing this (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,6475.0.html) to get the elements icons without the border surrounding them.
There is also a second link in my original message that can give you  the elements with no background. (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,6475.0.html)

And, thus, my explanation. I did see that post, but did not see the icons at the bottom of the first link, for I was on a smaller computer. I did check the second link and used the sans-glow vectors, but if you meant the links in large print on the bottom, those did not work for me, for reasons unknown.

The first link is bookmarked, and now is more useful. The second link is only moderately useful, for I wish for the art within it to be a prototype art, or proto-art, as I might have specified. I think others could have some other inspirations dealing with such arts, with only a mild basis on my art, which isn't that good.

Okay, thank you for explaining.  I didn't mean the links in the bottom-page, but rather the clear marks on the far-left of the chart.

Strangely I've never seen the Sans-glow water vector come out with white dots arround it, but that's just something minor.

As for the card the effect feels a bit strong seeing as you'll be able to mass-grow your Wyrms infinitley with a few Pends and a water mark.  Perhaps give it a limit of uses similar to the other Behemoths?

The white dots are products of my poor photoshopping Paint-ing techniques. And I do agree.  One time, Permanent +3|+3||+4|+4 bonus. Same cost. Sounds right?

CURATOR COMMENT
-Please specify which elemental poll you want the card to be voted in (to avoid confusion about what element in belongs to)
-Remove the icons from the ELEMENT section of the table.  :water means water quanta, not the element water, and also, the way you've currently worded it is illogical (Water water quanta)
-Fix the COST section of the table (it should be '6 :air' instead of just '6', as the latter implies that you're using generic quanta to play the card, which is false)
-Fix the TEXT of the table so that it matches the card description exactly
