Entropy does fit it better, since it would just be another Shovkwave-like card in Air, but also Entropy does have a lot of CC.  Pande, Chaos Seed, Maxwell's Demon, Mutation (iffy, but it counts), Antimatter.

This is true, its one of my favorite MtG red cards actually, but I've seen "Disintegrate" used in so many places, e.g. spells in rpg's, sci fi films, etc. that I don't think anyone can truly claim it is unique to MtG. I think its fine, and the mechanic fits nicely under :entropy ... too bad about the image being copyrighted though... its quite amusing.
