I'm not exactly qualified to comment on card costs or balancing, but I think the name should be changed to something mental like Subversion or something like that.  My reasoning is that you can perform a Stab as a direct damage spell, whereas subversion or something mental implies the use of an intermediary.

Well that could be fixed with PA status automatically applied to it.

what i dont like with permanent is that it is easyily deflagged. If it can get PCd so easily, 15 is kind of a high cost

I think the Permanent idea was to make it so that it could have a programmed time limit that was visible.   Like I previously stated, making it innately have immaterial is a solution to the problem of PC.

i didnt even look at the cost to be honest, you probably should bring the cost down alot if its a permanent, and some if its a spell

It could place a symbol similar to that of Silence and Sanctuary next to the player it affects, and have a counter on it like Sundial and Wings.
