Remove target creature from the field, return it to the field at end of it's owners turn. When creature returns to play, Phase Shift is destroyed.
Phase Out (upped)Permanent
cost: 4
Remove target creature or permanent from the field for 3 turns, return it to the field when Phase Out is destroyed
Channel: Phase Out consumes
at end of every of your turns it remains in field, otherwise it is destroyed.
If a remove and return effect would be too hard to code, it could too time bubble + immortal for the duration but the intention is to not be in the "real" world during the time it lasts, neither healing with bonds etc.
So the idea is to use Phase shift as a defensive card to restore your own creatures hp after a damaging spell, removing poison and so, note this would remove buffs like adrenalie too. Or removing enemy creatures buffs or reset their oty.
Phase Out is used as a control card to remove a permanent or a creature. As it is it's not an insta kill card but a big delay so to not to be too OP it also delays it's controller, making it increase it's cost by 2 each turn it lasts (max 3 turns)
