Phase Shift
Permament
Cost: 3 :aether
Remove target creature from the field, return it to the field at end of it's owners turn. When creature returns to play, Phase Shift is destroyed.


Phase Out (upped)
Permanent
cost: 4 :aether
Remove target creature or permanent from the field for 3 turns, return it to the field when Phase Out is destroyed
Channel: Phase Out consumes  :aether :aether at end of every of your turns it remains in field, otherwise it is destroyed.

If a remove and return effect would be too hard to code, it could too time bubble + immortal for the duration but the intention is to not be in the "real" world during the time it lasts, neither healing with bonds etc.

So the idea is to use Phase shift as a defensive card to restore your own creatures hp after a damaging spell, removing poison and so, note this would remove buffs like adrenalie too. Or removing enemy creatures buffs or reset their oty.

Phase Out is used as a control card to remove a permanent or a creature. As it is it's not an insta kill card but a big delay so to not to be too OP it also delays it's controller, making it increase it's cost by 2 each turn it lasts (max 3 turns)

Nice idea, I like the way it can control what happens but am still unsure as to the exact way to come about this.

I do believe the coding would be difficult and I think most people would just use a rewind except perhaps on themselves but that would depend on how much quantum they have (I have rewound a dragon of my own once to get rid of its negative buffs) but anyway thats btb.

I like the idea and would be great to see the cards up in image but thats ok.

It might work better as an instant, and upgrade to a permanent.

Sure this would act as a rewind but cheaper (you dont need to pay the creature cost again) also, it doesn't make you delay 1 turn/draw so it's the most important part.

Also the upped version removes for 3 turns and can target permanents so it makes it a more versatile (and coslty) soultion.

btw i will work on image this weekend.

It might work better as an instant, and upgrade to a permanent.
I thought like this at first, but thought it could be too confusing.
