Well, it in can only block 1 quanta per turn, then 100% wouldn't be OP.
That which can be destroyed by the truth should be. Speak the truth even when your voice falters.

These are all good ideas. i like the quanta block one, like maybe a chance to block 3, 2, 1, or none. Something like that.

well current wording is "Played on your opponent's side of the field. You can see your opponents hand as long as Spy lives."
this means that since the opponent now controls spy, then the ability You (opponent) can see your opponents (You) hand as long as spy lives. i think i see a problem
but i dont think negative attack would fit a spy, i mean it would have to fit in, why not just give them both 0 attack and be done with it

Oh i get it now. But In that same sense, "Played on your opponent's side of the field" would cause an endless paradox, wouldn't it?

Not really, all it is saying is that it goes to your opponent's side of the field.  What joebob is saying is that the way the card is worded, you opponent sees your hand. The text should be "Controller's hand is revealed to all players".

Like joebob, I believe that both creatures should have 0 attack, also I think the upped should have an additional effect. How does "randomly delay one non-pillar permanent per turn" sound?  You could actually rename the upgraded card "Saboteur" if you implement that.

does Owner work instead of Controller? And how about the additional affect of "Owner cannot play a sheild or sword while Saboteur is in play"?
