I'd say 0 attack, a spy is busy spying, not attacking :s
0 attack and perhaps a little more HP instead, at no real extra cost, makes it more efficient at not dying...(espec if you have a shield which damages creatures attacking you...)

The upped Spy has 0 att but the spy is meant to be frail. as for the 2 damage, its so he doesn't look suspicious, since he is a spy

The ability doesn't fit. It should be changed to "-1 HP to all Sentries in play."
To be serious, this is an interesting card, but I'd actually like to see the top card of the opponent's deck instead/additionally. That way, instead of basically being continuous Precog, it becomes different and has a Mindgate synergy.

Nice idea. Maybe the upped one could also sabotage their quanta production, like, has a 50% chance of preventing one tower/pillar from functioning.
