Was thinking, whether this should be Gravity instead, but I ended up choosing Earth. Spire in this context doesn't refer to an actual spire, but much rather a "spirey" explosion.

First off, there is a tool to create card image, flavour graphics notwithstanding.

Second, topic title needs to follow a format:
    Unup'd name | Up'd name
So, for your case, topic title needs to be
    Spire | Super Spire

Third, massive OP-ness concerns notwithstanding, any reasons, at least flavour, why does it
  • have increased effect against enemies with Light or Entropy mark?
  • have no effect against enemies with Time or Aether mark?

Ok, I will make the card a little weaker. The mark influence is a bit harder to explain, I'll tell when I'm able to properly phrase it.

Edit: I thought I would just remove the mark influences entirely.

Still OP. I mean, we have some cards that deal 20 damage, but those kind of things are:

Spells that require full (70+) quanta pools of elements X
Permanent that requires the same thing
Permanent that require two turns to activate + two elements to play
Creatures that require a slow growth of attack + two elements to play

And none of these mess with opponent's quanta pool/hand

We also have spells that require at least two turns to play them, cuz they drain all quanta of elements X. Maybe that's the way of making this less OP.

Now it's just doesn't make sense. Messing 10 quanta upgrades into 20 HP instant damage? Weird.

Here's a thing: Make unupped one deal 5 damage and mess 10 of the opponent's quanta for a cost of 3 :earth, while upped would deal 10 damage and silence opponent for a cost of 5  :earth. It'll make most sense, IMO
