I question its placement as an Other card as I don't think Rainbows need this kind of boost.

I had placed it in other so that it could be used for multiple purposes.  This spell card is great because it will work in any deck, giving boost to any element deck build, whether mono duo trio and so on.

That. 1 nova pays for this card, or 3 quantum pillars for the upped version. There's really no way to balance this as an other card, it's too cheap, but increasing it's cost would just make it even more accessible outside of the rainbow environment. So basically, it needs to be in an element, in my opinion.

I tried a very similar idea with Elemental Updraft | Prismatic Radiation's first version (check the the spoiler).

The biggest issue with this type of card is that it enables certain cards to be run in mono too easily - as long as its , any combination of Mono-Earth Warden, Mono-Aether Spark, Mono-Death or Mono-Time Scorpions will end up being present in the game. This removes the difficulty/element requirements usually needed when building decks around these cards.

Although this card is easy to get out, its like nightfall or eclipse which requires little quanta to cover its cost.  Although for non-rainbow decks this card will be more difficult, to pay for the costs.
