NOTES:
I've tried to arrange power levels of 'favorable outcomes' based on how powerful the card is, hoping to help less useful cards see more play. All suggestions are welcome!

The effect stacks and carries over turns. Maybe it could have a counter near your HP bar?

If a single card has multiple outcomes, the outcomes are treated differently. So if Pande affects 3 creatures while Deity's Dice has been activated once, the first 2 creatures would be targeted by PU/Lightning/RT if opponent and PU if own. But the 3rd would be affected as normal. The cards already have an order for the random outcomes; Deity's Dice follows that order to resolve favorable outcomes.

Favorable outcomes:

Quantum pillar/Dissipation Field: No effect (Could maybe make the percentages different based on how much quanta you have?
Chaos Seed/Pandemonium: Limited to Parallel Universe, Lightning and Reverse Time on opponent's creatures, and parallel universe on own creature. (Could nerf by adding Drain bolt, Ice bolt and Infect?)
Chaos Power: Stats increase by +5.
Discord: Send quantum to pool with lowest amount.
Singularity: No change (since everything is equally horrible :P )
Shard of Serendipity: Draws cards which you have quanta to play.
Mutation/Fallen Elf: Becomes 50% abomination, 50% outright kill
Improve Mutation/Fallen Druid: Stats of mutants increased by +4
Skull Shield: Probability of becoming skeleton is 100%
Thorn Carapace: 100% infect chance
Ice Shield, Ice Bolt: Freeze chance at 100%
NT on Quantum Pillars: No change
Fog: Miss chance becomes 100%
Dusk: Miss chance becomes 100%
SoFree: 100% chance to double damage + bypass or to avoid CC if :air
Fate Egg: Only becomes a creature of 5 or more cost.
Devourer: Devours from pool with highest amount of quanta
Mindgate: Only draws cards which you can play.

Only Quint or only Adren would be a huge nerf, if that's what you want. If they don't multiply or buff themselves, they become very much manageable.

Devourer: Devours from pool with highest amount of quanta
This is a nerf. Devs provide quite a few autowins by sapping mark splashes, and it's usually better to reduce the lowest amount since it means higher chance of making cards unplayable.

What exactly counts as an outcome? For example, is each creature attacking a shield an outcome? What about Pandemonium? Is each creature affected an outcome, or is the whole spell just one outcome?

Also, let's say that you have an Ice Shield and you use this ability. If the enemy's creatures are still not frozen by the 50% chance, do they still count for an outcome, or is it only whenever it's favorable?

Tbh I think just having all of these default to 100% on the random part and have the ability nerfed to only two outcomes per each use. That way it's reliable in that it's used to ensure certain effects. After all, having the card say that the next three random outcomes will be favorable is a bit deceiving when it's very possible that the next three random outcomes are disappointing in that they don't end up how you want (again, the example of the Ice Shield).

EDIT: You would also have to make fitting nerfs to the upgraded version as well.

While Mindgate might seem random, I'd argue that it is not. Sure, the deck is shuffled, so you don't know what you'll get, but it is shuffled at the start of the game. At the activation of mindgate, there is no random effect happening.

Yeah, I agree. Made most of the outcomes 100%

Well, one of the reasons I designed it in Aether was to buff mindgate. So no, mindgate stays.

I'd call the unupped Deity Dice. It's less religiously specific, and sounds cooler.

Very well. For consistency though, if Mind Gate is "random", then shouldn't draw effects be affected too? They have the same level of randomness after all.
