Okay, so, combining a few ideas and tweaking some other ones, I have made a new
it's a 3|2 creature for
When your opponent takes poison damage, you heal HPs equal to that damage
it's called Risen Elf
it's upgrade would, Elven Martyr would also have
Poison target player (1 point)

I don't think they should stack, that would be over the top.
I'd like it to be life because of it's healing ability.

Admittedly it's an awesome idea, but adding heals to a poison deck? I dunno..... that would mean to beat it you have to do double the poison damage you're taking each turn..... I'm a tentative maybe on this card for now.

That would balance it, as it would force the player to make a trio-deck in order to use it.

The ability, by the way, looks awesome. The healing you get from his 1 poison cancels out some of the damage from your 2, so in reality, the card just super speeds up the game, so you both are taking 1 poison a turn.

How about this:
Opponent damage taken by poison heals you for an equal amount each turn.
Bargain: Inflict 1 poison damage on the opponent and 2 on yourself each turn.
