Would the random skills that the creatures get include nympth skills and skills from mutations like steal?

Well, the upped has its uses but I think I agree with you about pandemonium.

I ike the unupped version of this card very much. I like that it is random, for it fits entropy. However, the upped version should cost less. I see how it could work very well against some decks, but it could help some decks too, so 4  is much too much for this card to cost.

Going to update it and include these changes in the next few days. Curious if both should affect all creatures, both should affect just yours, or if it should remain as such.

Will probably include all skills in game including nymph skills, mutation skills, and even less useful skills such as quanta generation.

I'm sure this would be super fun, but it seems a bit OP. It's like a mass Improved mutation (without the stats change) for only 3 . For example, with a couple novas, some werewolves and this you could get a menacing army in two turns with very few

If your lucky that is. I think Improved Mutation is less likely to be useless?

I disagree. This grants a skill (something generally useful) to your creatures without the risk of turning them into... I don't know, a 1|2 inmaterial physalia, for example.

I would personally call it 'Chaos Storm', not 'Soul Storm'. That sounds  to me.
