I like the idea, but i think he has a very high hp. Maybe 4hp is good

The ability seems just a bit OP, it's like an Otyugh on steroids! :S Or an Eagle's Eye actually, except powerfuler

I think 6 HPs would be more approriate. Good job trying to make a synergy with water and gravity here, too!
