NOTES:
Note that Blind does not stack with any other shields (such as Dusk Mantle) or additional
Solar Solstices. Only the highest miss chance is calculated.
Also, I was considering adding a  :light per turn absorption cost and damage per turn to
dark elemental creatures.

Either remove the healing part at the end, or add something above absorbing :light to balance it. Also, if you want it to be more realistic, you could make the blind chance lower. I mean, I'm in the summer Solstice, and I don't get blinded 50% of the time when I go outside.

i think it means if blinded your accuracy is 50%
