This is a form of "territory control" so to speak, allowing decks with Fractal or Mitosis to gain even more of an upper hand, or to restrict said decks.

If the opponent's field is full, you take his/her creatures.

Need help balancing, and just wanted to get this concept on the table.

I'd say the value of a card slot is more than 1 :underworld, but when seeing how useless this would be in most cases... maybe raise Imperialize to 5 :darkness for 4 slots?

It does seem pretty situational. I am probably going to do that, but you also have to consider these can stack.

Medium combo.
1. Afla + Colonize is another field lockdown combo like Afla + Flooding.
2. As a side note, if you're going to use Afla Dry Spell OTK, It's cheaper than PU or Spark+another Afla, and it can be faster or slower.
I'm regarding it as it colonizes near boundary.

There is a grid which shows what order creatures attack...I plan on it being the last two.

This does not affect flooding at all.

I would assume it starts from their slot 23 and work down.
