Linker: So, after long enough, this becomes a +N-1/-1 for all creatures where N is the amount? Sounds nice while taking long to set up, although I'd raise the initial summoning cost for Linker to discourage having too many of those.

Red Moon: Gravity Pull is much better than this. Still, sounds pretty fine as well. Not too powerful, gives you a high restriction...
