Abilities aside from Unburrow cannot be used while burrowec.
And Burrow shouldn't replace the target creature's ability for a few reasons.
One, it doesn't make sense thematically to act as a lobo of sorts. Swallet | Doline works as a sinkhole, trapping the target creature temporarily.
Two, the idea is that they eventually get out, but not as quick as those with Burrow due to a lack of skill, so granting them Unburrow doesn't thematically fit either.
Three, if the creatures were granted Unburrow, even temporarily, it'd make this card useless in the face of Guard, since Unburrow is a 0 cost ability and make creatures burrowed for only one turn. Currently, it makes sense and slightly viable since it can run in a Mono
