Hammer is 3+1 / 6+1 for 2.
Only card affecting ranged now is Wings. Is 3 quanta really worth it? Isn't it better to take a Short Sword?

I was checking to make sure something like this hadn't been posted before I made one of my own. I was thinking it should do 1 | 2 damage a round and have the ability:
  Aim: Deal 1 damage to target

It would be very useful for people just starting out who haven't found an Owl's Eye yet.

Er, Odin, please don't bump topics this old (posted in 2010).  To boot, the Short Bow card is ranged and makes use of the Air mark, so I think another ranged card wouldn't have much of a role in the game.  I don't think it's a good idea to make a worse version of Owl's Eye, or any/all of the rare weapons for that matter - new cards should stand out in some role or do something "the best", even if it's incredibly specific.

aye, already is a bow, there may be a way to make this stand out, such as a 1 cost single target 1 point of damage weapon, making it a 'other' minor cc weapon, as odin suggested.  that would make it the 'dagger' of cc
