ART: Zanzarino, recolored by Guolin. IDEA: Guolin NOTES: This is the Trials of Water Phase 1 version of this card. There is an older version of this card that is very similar. This card takes in account another card, Tundra/Artic Tower, which will make it work differently. SERIES: Part of the "Arctic Shock (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,10492.0.html)" series for Phase 1 of the Trials of Water.

Yep both by the same person and you are sposed to make new ideas not re-use old ones.
If it was total revamp or just had a shared component sure but this is the exact same card in name and art and only slightly different in damage dealt.

Can it just be a different name...? The art is perfect for more series, the ability (which is different, as it leans more towards the synergy with the Tower) is perfect for the series, and it would be painful to have to make something completely different.

You'll have to ask SG, but it has never been allowed before.
When she says new idea it has to be a new idea.
